Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Replacements of goods
We will notify you once we’ve confirmed and inspected your return. If approved, we will automatically replace the defective items on your original order within 10 business days. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@forteeuniforme.ca

Refunds on orders
If you changed your mind after placing an order, we can cancel the order if the request has been submitted less than 12 hours after the order was placed; after that, we cannot guarantee a refund since your order has already started the production process.
