How a corporate account works
- Tell us the crewHow many people, what they do, what they wear now and what is not working about it. We build a garment shortlist against real catalogue availability, not a wish list.
- We digitize and store your logoFree, one time. Embroidery file and print file both, so any garment in the program can be decorated either way without redoing artwork.
- You approve one proofGarment, colour, logo placement, price per piece. That becomes the standard for the account.
- Re-order without repeating yourselfEmail, phone, or your own private ordering page. We already have the file, the placement and the pricing.
Re-orders and stored logos
Every corporate account gets its logo, thread colours, print sizes and placement map kept on record permanently — no digitizing fee the first time and never again after. A re-order is a sentence: “same hoodie, same logo, 24 more, sizes to follow.”
For accounts that order regularly or have multiple people placing orders, we set up a private ordering page on request — your approved garments, your negotiated pricing, your logo already applied. Site supervisors order their own crew's gear without going through your office, and you keep one consolidated invoice.

Programme Partenaire Privilège
The Programme Partenaire Privilège is the loyalty layer that sits on top of a corporate account. Once your pricing is set, it is applied automatically to every re-order — you do not renegotiate, chase a rep, or lose your rate because you ordered in a slow month. Ask us to enrol your account when we set up your quote.
Who we outfit
Construction & trades
Hi-vis and CSA-compliant garments, hoodies and work shirts that survive a season. We know where a logo can go on certified safety wear and where it cannot — stitching or printing over reflective tape compromises the certification, so we place around it.
Landscaping & snow removal
Two crews, two seasons, one program. Breathable tees and caps for summer, hi-vis softshells and toques for winter — same logo, same file, already on record when the season flips.
Transport & logistics
Fleet drivers, warehouse teams and dispatch, with the turnover that comes with them. Stored sizing and a private ordering page mean a new hire is outfitted without a new quote.
Restaurants, clubs, offices and municipalities are welcome too — these three are simply where most of our programs live.
What we decorate in-house
Nothing is sent out. Embroidery runs on our own Tajima machines and printing on our own DTF line, in the same building — which is why we can hold a 10-business-day standard and why a rush is sometimes possible when a client is stuck.
- Custom embroidery — caps, polos, jackets, toques. Up to 15 thread colours, no digitizing fee.
- DTF & digital printing — full colour on cotton, polyester, blends, fleece and hi-vis. No screens, no minimum.
- Names, numbers and per-person personalization on any program garment.
