1. Eligibility

The contest is open to any person residing in Quebec who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Fortee, its advertising and promotional agencies, and persons domiciled with them are not eligible.

2. How to Enter NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Main entry: post a photo taken during your vacation (at the cottage, out fishing, wherever you want) in which you are wearing at least one Fortee garment or accessory, in one of the following ways:

  • On Instagram: post the photo on your account (set to public for the duration of the contest) and tag @fortee in the post;
  • On Facebook: post the photo as a comment under the official contest post on Fortee's Facebook page.

You do not need to have purchased the garment yourself: a Fortee garment provided by an employer, or borrowed, is eligible.

No-purchase entry: no purchase is necessary to enter. Any eligible person may also enter by submitting, during the Contest Period, their name, address and phone number along with an answer of no more than 25 words to the question "Why does your crew deserve new gear?" to [info@fortee.ca]. Each no-purchase entry has the same value as a main entry for the purposes of the draw.

Limit of one (1) entry per person, per entry method. Photos must be appropriate for all audiences; the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed offensive, dangerous or contrary to these rules.

3. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: a Fortee clothing combo of the winner's choice from among the combos offered on fortee.ca, with a maximum retail value of $1,490.05 CAD (taxes extra, logo customization and shipping included). The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Draw and Odds of Winning

The winner will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (EDT). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Skill-Testing Question

To be declared the winner, the selected person must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question (example format: (20 × 4) + 10 − 5).

6. Claiming the Prize

The selected person will be contacted by private message on the platform used to enter, within 48 hours of the draw. If there is no response within seven (7) days of this first contact, or if the skill-testing question is answered incorrectly, another person will be drawn at random under the same terms.

7. Use of Photos and Personal Information

By entering, each person grants the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use their entry photo, with mention of their username, in Fortee's communications (website, emails, social media) related to this contest. Personal information collected will be used solely to administer the contest and award the prize, in accordance with Fortee's privacy policy, and will not be shared with third parties.
